I can't speak highly enough about this studio!!

Where Imprint is unique is they are not only focused on Pilates but also have several different specialists under 1 roof. In addition to Pilates I’ve also seen their Physio, RMT, Nutritionist, and Acupuncturist and having worked with all these individuals can say they of the highest quality and truly collaborative with each other to the benefit of the client.

Add to that everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming (including the owner Anita) which makes the healing process all that more enjoyable!!

This was my first try at Pilates and I left the studio eager to return. I literally smiled the entire streetcar ride home (you know how rare that is if you’ve ever taken the TTC during rush hour!).
